Each filter is accompanied by a label that shows the identification code, serial number and operating data and which is also valid as a test certificate. ABSOLUTE HIGH EFFICIENCY POCKET FILTERS they are of the type with small folds arranged in packs that create a series of contiguous pockets allowing to reach the best ratio between filtering surface and volume. These filters have an air flow rate of up to 100% and ensure high filtration volumes at low pressure drops. All have a special one-piece sealing gasket. They can be made with a wooden or galvanized steel frame, the filtering septum is in glass microfiber with separators in thermoplastic material. They are mainly used in hospitals and analytical laboratories.
ABSOLUTE FILTERS FOR LAMINARY FLOWS they have frontal crossing speeds of 0,45 m / s. The filter media is in water-repellent glass microfibre arranged in small folds with separators in continuous thermoplastic thread. The frame is made of aluminum profile and has a closed cell neoprene gasket on the air inlet side. The particular constructive form allows to obtain air flows in laminar regime suitable for use in clean rooms where particular conditions of absence of turbulence are required and in the food sector.
