Le CARDBOARD CELLS WITH PAINTSTOP SEPTUM AND/OR SYNTHETIC FIBERS FOR PAINT COLLECTION, are composed of several layers of synthetic fibers and glass fibers sealed in a plastic or punched cardboard frame. Their low cost means that they are used where the regenerability of the filters is too expensive compared to a more practical replacement. It is not recommended for use in humid environments. They are also used for suction in suction benches for automatic spray gluing in leather goods and shoe factories in the size 700x500x48 mm., 500x435x48 mm. and 560x500x48mm.

The "ANDREAE" FILTER, for dry cabins, is composed of two walls of self-extinguishing corrugated and perforated cardboard, glued at the edges, the labyrinth thus obtained transforms it into the best inertial separation filter. Thanks to the advantages of inertia separation, the filter effectively captures the particles produced during the pulverization of paints, glues, resins, tar, oils, fats and food liquids. Among its characteristics, the "Andreae" filter also has the advantage of being self-extinguishing as it complies with the DIN 53438-3 regulation.

The standard size of the Filters for spray booths is 90 X 924 cm.
