They are made with pre-established voltage programs in order to obtain, with the characteristic honeycomb appearance, decreasing degrees of filtration. This structure determines the formation of numerous interspaces and channels of ever smaller size, allowing a considerable accumulation capacity of contaminants with a good and constant quality of the filtered liquids. The technical characteristics depend on the quality of the yarn, the constancy of the twist and the uniformity of the winding. Cartridges with cotton and polypropylene yarns can be supplied in standard sizes from 10 to 40 inches, with nominal retention values ​​from 1 to 100 microns.

The filter cartridges in meltblown polyfiber or PP / nylon wound thread with internal core in PP or stainless steel, are depth filters with an absolute degree of filtration, which guarantee high performance thanks to the strictly controlled production process and are able to remove fine sediments and very thin.

The wound wire and meltblown cartridges are also used as consumables in galvanic baths.

They consist of thermally bonded polypropylene fibers to minimize the phenomena of fiber release and “contaminant discharge”, with a gradually increasing density towards the inside of the cartridge.
They are built on a heat-sealed polypropylene core, on which the attachments are directly applied to ensure greater strength. They are used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, cosmetic, electroplating and water treatment sectors.
